Cabo Noble is a spectacular privately-owned estate in Los Cabos, México. Located right on the beach and measuring more than 100,000 square feet, the property features spectacular views, 23 bedrooms, and six dining areas distributed across six standalone houses, four infinity pools, five casitas, a tennis court, gym, and a design that takes full advantage of the nearly 250 feet of beach frontage.

Cabo Noble Project

The primary purpose of building the Cabo Noble project was earning a listing with a premier luxury real estate agency in the United States. With an extremely limited turnaround time, Marabunta Creative worked to convey the estate’s magnificence via a website, multimedia material, and digital assets.

Strategy

There is absolutely no way one can describe the impressiveness of this place, but we came pretty close. Even the most accurate real estate listing wouldn’t do justice to this gorgeous estate. That’s why Mara Zapiain instead focused the team’s efforts on creating an engaging narrative that highlighted the property’s magnificence and history (it was owned by a prince!) plus Los Cabos living in general. We produced high-quality video and photography, a 360-degree tour, and a comprehensive website that not only showcased every corner of the property with detail but that also displays all of the extras that come with it—the endless adventures to be had in Los Cabos, México.

Editorial

The Cabo Noble website was designed to reflect the sort of casual, elegant, breezy style Los Cabos and the Sea of Cortés are known for. To accomplish this, we paired beauty and substance. That started with us doing our research: We scoured notes, albums, vintage books and files to uncover the estate’s unique history. There were two original owners: one born to royalty, the other to the humblest of beginnings. Destiny brought them together. A prince, who hailed from Europe and was known for his adventurous spirit, had several business ventures, and promoted resorts around the world. Known as “the king of clubs,” he was often found partying with the most famous celebrities in his day. The second owner, despite his humble beginnings, became American business magnate, starting more than 40 companies. He was mostly known for his philanthropy efforts and giving back to the community.
